Fargo Ergonomics provides outstanding ergonomic solutions to reduce and prevent work-related injuries. Our focus areas include ergonomic assessments, functional job assessments, educational in-services, stretching programs and establishing an ergonomics program. We are the areas expert in preventing work-related injuries. Our number one goal is to reduce the risk of injury in order for you to have happier and healthier employees. This will lead to increased productivity, cost savings and reduced liability. The team at Fargo Ergonomics has experience in treating a large amount of musculoskeletal disorders (chronic injuries to your muscular and skeletal system due to unsafe body mechanics and positioning or repetitive motions) and is committed to preventing these injuries from happening altogether. We will be with you and collaborate with your company to create an outstanding outcome. We are also a chosen provider for the WSI Ergonomic Initiative Grant Program. ND Workforce Safety & Insurance’s Ergonomic Initiative Grant Program provides employers resources, including financial assistance, to address ergonomic issues. The purpose of the program is to reduce or eliminate cumulative-type injuries at the workplace. Fargo Ergonomics is an approved WSI contracted provider to complete ergonomic assessments and to provide recommendations to decrease the risk of injury. WSI provides financial assistance for provider services under this program. WSI pays 75% of the provider fees and the employer pays 25%. The provider’s work and services will vary depending on the needs of the employer. The Ergonomic Initiative Grant Program is available to any employer, who has an active ND WSI policy for one year and is in “good standing". Grant money is dependent on the company's yearly premium. Funds available range from $5,000 - $50,000.
