FARIA Renewables is a joint corporate formation between FARIA Group and Capenergie 5 Fund, targeting to co-operate closely for the development and operation of Renewable Energy Source (RES) projects such as Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind, Photovoltaics, Hybrid, Storage, Green H2 and innovative solutions in Greece, Europe and other geographical areas, with the aim to create a leading Independent Power Producer using renewable energy sources.
FARIA Group is an experienced developer and service provider of RES projects and Capenergie 5 Fund is managed by Omnes Capital, a leading French private equity firm managing over €5.0bn of assets.
FARIA Renewables’ partners and its team of experts have been deeply involved in the fields of RES and Infrastructure projects, have significant experience and track record, and have cooperated with numerous of the largest companies in Greece, Europe and worldwide concluding agreements and development of significant projects.
FARIA Renewables is under becoming an important Independent Power Producer in Greece and other countries in Europe, aiming at the creation of a diversified RES portfolio over 5 GW of Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind, PV, Hybrid, Storage and Green H2 projects.
FARIA Renewables will fuel and drive the portfolio expansion through M&As and its organic pipeline and other green field RES projects, actively designing, financing, developing, constructing, operating, and owning them.
