Farmer’s Eggs, a leading brand in the poultry industry by Pawale Agro Foods is located at Peth Ambegaon close to Pune, Maharashtra. This organization was incepted by Mr. Suresh Pawale, who comes with over 30+ years of experience in this poultry industry.
Sprawling across 8 acres, this ISO:22000:2018 certified state-of-the-art poultry farm is equipped with best technology that produces protein rich eggs of export quality. Eggs are also graded as per client’s requirements. An average egg weighs about 60 grams that contains more mass.
With a central control room to operate the entire facility and 24×7 automatic power backup, the farm has installed an Environmental Control system with cooling pads that stabilizes the varying atmospheric temperature. This ensures a suitable room temperature within the farm and keeps the Chicken healthy, thus improving quality and uniformity of eggs. This facility is equipped with automatic feeding system. The chickens are fed with nutritious food, which is prepared in-house. A RO filter is installed in the facility specially for the birds to reduce contamination from water and help produce healthy & hygienic eggs.
The facility maintains best cleaning standards with a special machine that constantly cleans the chicken feces using a belt conveyor. This waste is collected and later shifted to another location where it is converted into manure and distributed amongst local farmers.
With minimum human intervention, the eggs produced in this farm are packed in-house within 24 hrs of laying and made ready for dispatch. They are exported under the brand name – Qdealco and also distributed to local malls and MNCs. Currently the eggs are available in 3 packages of 6, 15 & 30 numbers respectively for use.
