We offer a high quality assessment and diagnosis service and a holistic approach to treatment and management of various conditions. Treatments may include hands-on treatment such as clinical massage, mobilisation or manipulation; exercises for improving strength, core stability, mobility, co-ordination or balance and general functional rehabilitation. Our clinics also offer Acupuncture, Health/Coaching Psychology, Podiatry/Chiropody and Pain management. We can liaise with both GP's and Orthopaedic/Spinal Consultants both Privately and NHS to discuss investigations and further management of conditions if necessary. With our team, Cathryn has expertise in Assessment and Management of Musculoskeletal problems, and Rehabilitation of Sports injuries. She is a Team Lead for the Jockey Injury Management team and works with Professional Jockeys to treat and prevent Injury. She is also a keen runner and has a passion for treating running injuries. Anne has over 25 years of experience in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and has a special interest in upper limb conditions.Jo is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a vast experience in personal training, Pilates and Yoga Instruction.
