Henry currently serves as the president of the IFMA Uganda Chapter and a Board Director in charge of programs at the IAM Uganda Chapter. He has trained and mentored several professionals toward certification and implementation of global frameworks, including ISO 55000 (Asset Management), ISO 41001 (Facility Management), and industry standards by SMRP, IFMA, IAM-UK, and WPiAM.
