Lead Auditor and Trainer – Henry Mulindwa
Henry Mulindwa, PMP®, FMP®, CMRP®, CAMA®, IAM-Diploma, is a seasoned Facilities and Asset Management professional with over 10 years of experience in managing infrastructure assets, leading engineering teams, and delivering professional development programs across East Africa.
Henry currently serves as the president of the IFMA Uganda Chapter and a Board Director in charge of programs at the IAM Uganda Chapter. He has trained and mentored several professionals toward certification and implementation of global frameworks, including ISO 55000 (Asset Management), ISO 41001 (Facility Management), and industry standards by SMRP, IFMA, IAM-UK, and WPiAM.
He is also a respected consultant and speaker, known for translating complex FM, Reliability and Asset systems into implementable strategies that drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and long-term asset value.
