Fast Track Staffing Inc. (FTS) provides Human Resources (HR) consulting services with a focus on completing efficient, accurate and high quality HR processes. FTS was established to improve the traditionally lengthy staffing processes within the Public Service. FTS’ core value proposition is an 8 week turnaround on the execution of staffing processes from the close of poster through the completion of reference checks.
FTS has a dedicated, diligent and bilingual team comprised of experts in recruitment, classification, HR and government staffing processes. Our team focuses on delivering tailored end-to-end services to meet your specific requirements.
We provide the necessary support and materials through the execution of all phases of the staffing process including:
• Create Statement of Merit Criteria and poster design
• Design complete road map, including marking grids for all phases of process
• Application and resume screening
• Develop, administer and mark written examinations
• Coordinate interviews
• Reference validation
• Communication with candidates throughout entire process, including informal discussions
• Provide recommendations for appointment
• Provide documentation of all results to HR for the completion of the process

Fast Track Staffing is now pleased to offer one on one coaching with for Federal Government employees to prepare them for staffing processes. One of our staff members will work with an employee to familiarize them with the Federal Government staffing process and give them the tools they need to prepare them on the mechanics of the processes in the future. This service includes reviewing the application, assisting in exam preparation and interview preparation.
