FastCompChem, is committed to accelerating and making a difference in drug discovery and molecular modeling through advanced quantum mechanics and AI. To improve drug discovery new methodological approaches are needed to tackle the complexity of the biological problems and the limitations of current technologies. Safety is a major reason for attrition. FastCompChem develops tools and algorithms that make a difference. Our focus is safety. With our novel approaches for cheminformatics it is possible to bypass the limitations imposed by lack of experimental data points and enable coverage of very large swaths of the chemical space. Besides application in early toxicity assessment in drug discovery, the technology will be combined with appropriate in-vitro approaches for effective fulfilment of the 3Rs goals.
