F.A.T. Talks is a product of the Fidelis Leadership Institute and is a thought leadership platform aimed at creating mindsets that will transform Africa through ethical innovative and accountable leadership. With a continent whose leaders have more often than not sacrificed their people at the altars of their selfish interests thereby feeding our corruption indices, we recognize that the solution lies in our more than 70% youth. In equipping them, exposing them to ethical leaders who have made it and debunking the theory that only the wicked prosper.
Fidelis Leadership Institute is a training institution focused on offering leadership training which aims to create a critical mass of ethical leaders that are going to positively impact our community.
