FAT Training

The Uni­ver­sity of Johan­nes­burg (UJ) offered a CIMA prepa­ra­tion course for a num­ber of years on an infor­mal basis for UJ Hon­ours grad­u­ates want­ing to study towards the much sought after CMA des­ig­na­tion (offered by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), based in London, UK). Due to the ris­ing demand for qual­ity CIMA tuition in Gaut­eng and con­ti­nu­ity in qual­ity ser­vice pro­vi­sion, FAT Train­ing CC was formed in 2007. All the FAT Train­ing lec­tur­ers are either Asso­ciate Char­tered Man­age­ment Accoun­tants (ACMAs) and Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMAs) or part-qualified CIMA members having passed all the CIMA exams. Since its for­ma­tion, FAT Train­ing CC has been the pre­ferred CIMA strate­gic level (and previously T4 Part B case study) tuition provider for stu­dents that com­pleted their B.Com Hon­ours (Financial Man­age­ment) degree at UJ. The mem­bers are com­mit­ted to the suc­cess of each and every course and cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion is of para­mount importance.
