Welcome to Fatz Café! We opened our doors in 1988 in a vintage, converted peach shed in South Carolina with a signature dish, World Famous Calabash Chicken. Three decades later we’re going strong with amazing Southern-inspired, Chef-designed steaks, seafood, ribs and more. With over 1, 400 employees in over 4 states, Fatz Café offers a friendly, caring growth-oriented work environment that is focused on service and community involvement.
