A holistic running coaching service that puts the human being at the forefront of training. Running is just one part of our lives. My belief is that running is an activity that is there to be enjoyed, not to punish yourself for eating “badly” or, taking out anger on yourself, or hurting yourself emotionally or physically. I believe that running is a vehicle through which we can learn wonderful new things about ourselves, build and strengthen friendships, unlock the latent potential sitting dormant within ourselves, see and experience new places and help us realize that we are capable of more than we think. The Long Run aims to take a process-oriented mindset towards running, recognizing that there is no one magic workout that makes someone a great runner but rather that it is through the process of layering consistent efforts on top of one another over a sustained period where the magic lies and potential is unlocked. We focus on process over outcomes because when we do this, the outcomes largely take care of themselves.
