Favreau Engineering is a civil engineering design firm that functions as a small business, but has the capability of tackling large development projects. With an extensive background in the local government development and permitting process, Favreau Engineering knows how to get projects from concept to construction quickly. We are solutions-based, and cost-conscious, having firsthand experience in land development. We understand that projects can be expensive, so we do our best to design projects to keep construction costs down. Favreau Engineering specializes in land development projects (such as annexations, zone changes, subdivisions, etc.), roadway design, utility design (i.e. wastewater, stormwater, etc.), and commercial grading plans.
