Com 20 anos de história, a Fazenda lowa dedica-se a produção agrícola de culturas como soja, milho e sorgo. Possui atualmente 8.816 hectares de terras agrícolas próprias e produtivas situadas na região Oeste da Bahia, bem como silos de armazenamento com capacidade para 13.000 toneladas naquela localidade.
Possui ainda terras arrendadas contendo: (i) 13.981 hectares na região de São José do Xingu em Mato Grosso, sendo 12.227 de cultivo, bem como, silos de armazenamento com capacidade para 25.000 toneladas; e (ii) 2.870 hectares na região de Santa Cruz do Xingu em Mato Grosso, totalizando 15.097 hectares produtivos.
A Fazenda Iowa possui uma produção consolidada de mais de 125.000 toneladas de grãos por Safra, e faz parte desta força que move o agro brasileiro.
