The FBA ADR Section is a diverse, equitable and inclusive community which celebrates the unique importance and efficiency alternative dispute resolution provides in allowing the world’s economy to remain operative even during times of great economic uncertainty. Perhaps no greater time of economic uncertainty exists than today.
Beginning with foundational treaties, ADR provider organizations produce enforceable arbitral awards and mediated settlement agreements, recognized and confirmed in courts of proper jurisdiction throughout the world. This allows international business to remain operative and functional even when parts of the international economy might remain wholly inoperative unto themselves.
As an ADR community, ADR practitioners, providers, users and academia have an outsized role to play as the world recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic. Though we remain six feet apart physically, we are together as a profession. Join us. We look forward to welcoming you today.
