The Financial Black Network (FBN) was created in August, 2019 by three undergraduate students with the main objective of connecting black young professionals and college students with the Latin American Financial Markets. FBN does that by approaching black professionals to this sector, breaking down barriers and facilitating the access to networking, mentorship and job opportunities. Since its beginning FBN has as main supporters the most respected American and Brazilian financial institutions which are committed to discuss, develop and improve representation of black professional talents at their workforce.
Considering that, FBN's main goal is to deliver tools to empower black professionals in entry levels in their process of preparation to work in the financial market.
