Having worked over the last 20 years directly with end users and through specialist consultants employed directly by the client, we are able to tailor an approach to the project to suit, with Trust, Commitment, and Collaboration at the heart of what we do. We have extensive construction and project delivery experience, which includes both the management of the construction build and the process machinery services and equipment installation; all this with close liaison with our clients, ensuring their requirements are met. Our team have undertaken ‘cradle-to-grave’ projects with values ranging from £100,000 to £8M, the demolition of both modern and ‘turn of the century’ buildings, large and small building extensions, modification to existing structures, installation and commissioning of production equipment whilst taking care of PUWAR & CE marking, all under current CDM 2015 regulations. Key to a successful project is the Supply Chain. Our supplier base is audited annually, with their performance monitored on a project by project basis to ensure standards are maintained and opportunities to continuously improve are taken. As early as tender stage the Procurement Strategy is aligned with the Programme of Works and Design Information Release Schedule to ensure the planned works are achievable, our Supply chain are engaged from the beginning. Regular Client briefings and Supply Chain co-ordination meetings ensure that there is a pro-active response to any issues during the pre-construction and construction phases.
