Food & Beverage Training Resources (FBT Resources) was founded in 2017 by Andrew Head. The company focuses on food safety education using the ServSafe product from National Restaurant Association. Andrew is a certified ServSafe instructor and registered ServSafe proctor. The primary service offered is training for the ServSafe Manager certification. Classes consist of approximately six hours of instruction followed by administration of the exam. Other services offered are proctor service (no class), food handler instruction for hourly employees and mock health inspections. Classes are offered multiple days each week starting at 9:00 am and are held at the FBT Resources office in Marietta, GA. Mobile classes are also available for clients who have a suitable location for classroom instruction. Discounted rates given to clients sending multiple students to a single class.
