FC Enterprise is a buy-side deal origination platform providing UK based Small Medium Enterprises (SME's) with access to the largest European database of corporate buyers, Private Equity Firms and Business Acquirers. We specialise in connecting SMEs with potential UK and international buyers with a focus on the Low-Mid Market space, operating with SMEs with an Ebitda range of between £3m and £10m. We also provide introduction services to SMEs with a much higher EV, especially in certain specific technically driven industry segments. Furthermore, we specialise in giving SMEs access to private capital under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS/SEIS), by connecting qualified (EIS/SEIS) start-ups and companies with sophisticated and professional HNWIs keen to benefit from the tax advantages of the EIS scheme.
