In the 23/24 season, FC Masar's women's team won both the Egyptian League and Egyptian Cup, secured qualification for the CAF Champions League, and made history by finishing third—the best-ever result for an Egyptian club. In the 24/25 season, FC Masar's women's team also won the Egyptian League and are competing in the CAF Champions League.
Meanwhile, FC Masar's men's team earned back-to-back promotion from Division III to Division II of the Egyptian League in the 23/24 season and from Division II to to the Pro League in the 24/25 season.
