FCSL Asset Management Company Limited (Formerly F&C Securities Limited) was incorporated as Private Limited Liability Company on June 17th, 1994 and is registered with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) & The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Broker/Dealer. It is also licensed to deal in Treasury Bills by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). It operates as one of the most capitalised stockbroking firms on the Exchange. Its affairs are directed by a Board of top players in the Nigerian economy with vast exposure and background in various areas of the economy. The Company has also been privileged to serve on the Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange where it made valuable and substantial contributions. The FCSL Asset Management Limited has been rendering specialized and highly professional financial services in both the money and capital markets over the past decade.
