First Draft Media is a social enterprise at the intersection of publishing, technology, and consultancy, committed to defending press freedom and access to information worldwide. Founded by 3 passionate professionals from the exiled media sector, FDM supports independent journalism through three pillars: launching niche and audience-first publications, developing publisher-centric anti-censorship tech, and offering strategic consultancy for newsrooms and CSOs. With a hybrid business model and a mission rooted in Article 19 of the UDHR, FDM aims to build resilient and modern media systems in the most challenging environments.
