Our flagship product, Coalho cheese, offers a delightful combination of a firm, chewy texture with a naturally enhanced flavor that comes to life when grilled. As the exclusive pioneers of Coalho cheese in Canada, Wow Food offers a one-of-a-kind culinary experience that will leave taste buds craving for more. We started in 2021 producing the cheese in a third-party facility and now we are moving to our facility in Langley, BC.
