Fear Free Life

Fear Free Life (FFL) is an accredited Non-profit organization founded on religious and spiritual values, and aims to use the experience of its founding ex-offender members to assure the general public that there is a turning point by addressing crime prevention. Located in Johannesburg, Gauteng with branches countrywide, FFL was founded by reformed former gang members at Kutama-Sinthumule Correctional Center in Venda in July 2004 and formally registered on 25 August 2009. The former gang leaders and the community all agreed to use the influence they had to turn around the scourge of crime and gangsterism in our communities, schools and correctional facilities across the country. Due to its main objective of crime prevention FFL decided on 2016 to create job opportunities for ex-offenders, youth and disadvantaged members of the community by Urban City Initiatives (Cleaning services) and Urban Watch Patrol (Security services). These companies employ approximately 200 people.
