The Fearless Phoenix Foundation empowers burn survivors, loved ones, and burn care professionals, with the goal of creating a safer world. Established in 2022 by Yanelle Prieto the Fearless Phoenix Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to aiding individuals and loved ones impacted by burn injuries and the aftermath of it all. From her own experiences with her fiance suffering from burn injuries, Yanelle discovered the transformational potential of peer advocacy when she visited a burn survivor and family group and realized the power of connecting and helping others going through the same experiences.
