Fed Up Caribbean

While on one hand we have to contend with increasing food prices, on the other significant amounts of food are wasted. Whether locally grown, imported, processed or at retailers, restaurants and supermarkets, there are unacceptable amounts of food being thrown out daily. Fed Up Caribbean will address this in two primary ways: 1. Educate the population of the Caribbean to manage their food production and purchases in a manner that minimizes waste and therefore maximizes value. 2. Leverage technology to facilitate a reduction in commercial food waste.
