A Partnership Outside of the Federal Government
FedAdvantage is built for the express purpose of educating federal employees on their employer sponsored benefits and to protect them by filling gaps in their coverage. Since 1992 we have conducted federal benefit and financial planning seminars in all of the 50 states including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We have participated in federal conferences and federal professional organizations as key note speakers. FedAdvantage has strong working relationships with many federal employee and professional associations; yet we do not limit, exclude or deny access to any federal employee who wishes to participate in our programs.
We are taking a new look approach to solving an old worn out problem. Since we do not work for the federal government, our expertise goes beyond what your agency, OPM or personnel managers can offer; and we bring a fresh, realistic approach to evaluating your benefits and providing alternatives to meet your needs.
Taking from our experience and knowledge of federal benefits, we introduced our signature insurance product, a supplemenal disability insurance program. We did this because federal emplyees do not have access to disability insurance as part of their employer sponsored benefit package and our program fills an important void in your benefits. Even with their FEHB plans, many federal employees are caught off guard with the out of pocket costs associated with a sudden accident, injury or illness. To help employees offset this cost we now offer an Accident policy that pays cash benefits to employees to offset these costs.
