Untimely staff departures lead to delays or even stoppages in project progress if the positions can not be staffed promptly. As the schedule and the project environment continue relentlessly, delays, reduced turnover, additional costs and dissatisfied customers are imminent. Freelancers can flexibly perform the vacant functions as an interim management until a permanent recruitment is achieved. Since 1997 I work as an external consultant in Germany and abroad. Through my involvement in various engineering companies and many years of freelance work, I am very familiar with project management in structural engineering, environmental and infrastructure business.
