Fedecrail is a company based out of 57 Ganzenstraat, Brugge, Belgium. Fedecrail is the European federation for heritage railways and tramways, representing over 450 organisations across 29 countries. Our mission is to support the preservation, operation, and sustainable future of historic rail transport as a vital part of Europe’s cultural heritage. We work closely with policymakers, industry experts, and heritage organisations to ensure that heritage rail sector remains relevant and accessible. Through advocacy, technical expertise, and international collaboration, we address key challenges such as regulatory frameworks, environmental sustainability, and skills transfer to the next generation.
