The Company was incorporated as Federated Mills Plc on the 18th of February 1994 by virtue of an industry merger agreement, signed on the 16th May 1994 wherein various mill owners agreed to unite.
Our company is the only flour mill in Malta. We currently mill 48,000 tons of wheat and we have enough capacity to double the amount.
