Feedback & Co, part of the Business & Decision Group, is a software vendor specialising in multi-mode data collection tools as well as EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) and CEM (Consumer Experience Management) solutions. The new company was created on the 1st of July 2010 following the merger of Conversoft, Grimmersoft and Perspective 123.
