Feeding My Kid

I'm sharing everything I've learned on my journey on how I turned my picky eaters (boy/girl twins) into adventurous foodies. And how you can do it too! Did I mention my kids were the worst eaters and I used to dread mealtimes with them? Meals do not need to be stressful All of my advice is evidence-based citing experts, studies and statistics. I am a regular mom that wants to impact change and to reduce the stigma of feeding kids healthy foods. We have turned into a society that, at times, shames parents for not overindulging their children in desserts, sweets and kid’s menu food. Together, we will work through ways to get your kids to eat more nutritiously- while making meals more enjoyable for everyone. And, you'll get some amazing, easy to make recipes along the way. Feeding My Kid is focused on helping kids develop a healthy relationship with food. We'll work through ways to help your under-eater, over-eater or picky eater. Let's take back the dinner table!
