Leadership Psychology is a unique approach to understanding how individuals function as leaders and followers. The area of study examines those who are leaders themselves, those who are followers, and those who advise leaders. The goal is to understand the elements of being a great leader. We apply psychological principles of human behavior to intervene and assist leaders in human systems to improve productivity and the quality of work life. We serve as leaders and consultants to help organizations with strategic staffing, training, employee development, and employee morale and retention plans. We also work as systems consultants in the areas of leadership development, team building, strategic planning, quality management, and facilitating organizational change. Our specific purpose is to provide expert level consulting and business facilitation to a wide range of businesses and organizations to include the DOD, corporate and government structures, and non-profits. We specialize in assessing organizational dynamics by focusing on the psychological aspect of an organization to facilitate efficiency, teamwork, communication, and authentic leadership combined with our experience in the culture. We deliver these services through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultation with executive and senior level leadership within the organization.
