Optimize company operations to reach Operational Excellence and boost performance and profitability to higher levels. This method is adapted to all kind of companies and to all sectors (industry & services). What I propose: - Analyse deeply processes to identify unefficient activities and improvement opportunities, - Design Operational Excellence strategy, - Train and support to ensure successful and sustainable continuous improvement, - Follow and assess results to guarantee measurable savings (productivity and quality). Around 5 pillars: - improve operational performance, - deploy strategy, - improve methods, - manage quality, - digitalize processus. My activities are 🌐 consulting & 🎓 training through two ways of Operational Excellence: - Corrective approach (Lean Six Sigma) : "solve actual problems", - Preventive approach (APQP) : "avoid futur problems". Feelean is registered as a training company at DREETS of Toulouse (France).
