FeelinHR

FeelinHR was formed as an HR partnership for all companies as well as HR practitioners and HR students. We share this service to help and share through facilitation regarding the scope of HR. The HR focus that we provide uses a psychological perspective, especially a humanist or empathetic approach. Talking about HR is not just about administration or legality, but cannot be separated from the feelings or emotions between an HR person and other employees. Through the feeling approach, it is hoped that HR can act as HR who can understand each employee so that they can grow and develop within the company. We provide this facilitation in individual and group form using various methods (sharing, classes, etc.).
