Our staff are hugely important to us. We believe that having a happy and well supported staff is crucial to ensure that our students have amazing teachers to inspire them. We are part of a friendly and forward thinking Trust, and we are part of a Teaching School through the Trust. The local nature of the Trust, primarily based in Suffolk, means that there are many opportunities for networking and support, as well as a Trust wide CPD schedule that all staff are encouraged and supported to both contribute to and take part in.
