FELIXYA METHOD
Considering that we spend up to two-thirds of our time to meet basic survival needs and spend most of our time at work, we need to consider this relationship between work and personal life as an essential condition to be happier. Our method is a systemic process with organized feedbacks and action plan in three 3 pillars: Happiness, Employability and Personality. Within the "Happiness" pillar, we created the Felixya® Hapiness Questionnaire -FHQ® to show how the relationship of work and personal life is.
