👋 Hello, I'm Richard, the founder of 'Fellow Progress', an online mental wellness studio based in London. With my background as a head of strategy and my qualification as a QCH therapist, I apply cognitive hypnotherapy and human-centred strategies to help you on your mental wellness journey. I use a blend of cutting-edge neuroscience, contemporary cognitive theory, and trance-based techniques to foster self-improvement. 'Fellow Progress' is a personal service rooted in therapeutic collaboration. You hold the keys to your own wellness; my role is to guide you to unlock your authentic self.
