Fellows provides consultancy and academic services relating to Corporate Governance and Sustainability. Founder and Managing Director of Fellows Sàrl, Matthew Kilgarriff was an executive at Richemont, the Swiss luxury goods group. Leading in finance, governance and sustainability roles over 25 years, he helped shape a blue chip with a green blush. Matthew has also served on the Boards of global sustainability bodies, including the Responsible Jewellery Council, and the Swiss Network of United Nations Global Compact. Matthew now serves as an Independent Director and Advisor to international companies, think tanks and academic institutions, including the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Matthew holds Fellowships at UK Chartered Institutes specialising in Finance, in Governance and in Sustainability.
