I'm Hattie Jones, my past experience working across the Manufacturing and Professional Services industries has developed my expertise allowing me to help you navigate your business's HR needs to ensure a smooth, compliant and productive working environment.
How does it work?
For ad hoc advice or support in those 'help!' situations I am available at a half day or full day rate as and when you need.
If you aren't sure exactly what you may need support with there is an option for that that too! I will initially get to know you, your company structure and current ways of working (no judgement here!) before identifying any gaps and proposing areas that could be worked on. This may be a set piece of project work or it may be beneficial for us to work together on an ongoing basis.
