Welcome! My name is Marilyn Cronie, and I am the founder of Female In Flow a.k.a. FIF. FIF has been established to help women evolve from where there are to where you want to be. I guide women to achieve their goals with FIF's integrated coaching methods, using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Access Bars, Disc & Drives analyses, Meditation and Intuition to enable mind shifts and transformations. As a Surinamese born and raised, I have worked and lived on the island of St. Maarten, and I am currently residing in the Netherlands. I am a true adventurer and nomad with knowledge of – and respect for different cultures. I studied Management, Economics & Law with a specialization in HRM and have over 15 years of experience within various Human Resources roles. My focus right now is on providing coaching & training to women internationally. I guide and teach them how to transform their “issues” into triumphs and to achieve their personal and professional goals. I use my NLP skills to help them not only improve their performance, but also how to manage their emotional state and stay focused on what they want to achieve. With this in mind and with my experience with stress & burnout I am able to help women evolve and expand themself through personal leadership coaching. With access bars treatments and access consciousness tools I help women to consciously focus on what you DO want instead of what you don't want. These tools help to choose new possibilities. I envision a world where everyone is living In Flow and effortlessly achieving their goals, that’s why I empower women to live their passion and full potential.
