After a strategic hiatus, Femnesty is back with a bold new vision. Originally launched as a social media platform, recognized by Good Morning America as a top app for women, our early work laid the foundation for a community built on empowerment. But as 2019 came to a close, we took a step back to reflect on how to create lasting impact. Today, we are relaunching with a renewed mission to drive real change.
Femnesty is now a movement for systemic transformation. We are not just amplifying conversations, we are reshaping the way we work and live. Women are still burning out, stuck in a cycle of overdoing, balancing professional ambition with the demands of home and family. Workplaces continue to push diversity as an afterthought rather than an imperative. And in times of economic uncertainty, equity initiatives are often the first to be cut.
This is why we are introducing Diversity 2.0, a new framework that moves beyond outdated narratives and performative inclusion. Real change happens when men and women stand together. Femnesty is for the women who want to rise, lead, and support each other. It is also for the men who believe in equity, who want to support their partners, their colleagues, and the next generation. We cannot afford to let fear-driven narratives divide us. Inclusion is not a zero-sum game, it is the foundation for a better future for all.
In March 2024, we will launch our first book Enough is Enough. Based on insights from over 400 women, it dismantles the long-held myth that women must have it all, do it all, and be it all. It is a call to action for workplaces, families, and individuals to redefine success and challenge the systems that hold us back.
This is not just a relaunch. This is a movement. Join us as we shape a new future together.
