FEMOZA - The World Free & Special Economic Zones Federation

In a world that tends towards globalization, the increase in trade between countries and continents should contribute to improving the level and quality of life on the planet. In this global trend, the Free and Special Zones contribute in a decisive way to promote world trade, creating the conditions for the different regions and countries of the world to access the world markets of trade. These zones create the conditions for investors and those seeking investment to find and build poles of attraction for world trade, creating jobs, business activity and wealth in the areas where they are established. FEMOZA, since its creation in Geneva (Switzerland) in 1999, has become the main institution in the world that aims to help promote these trade zones worldwide, contributing to the development of these areas with the highest standards of quality, technology, connectivity and sustainability. To develop our activity, we are honored to have the support and collaboration of the highest global institutions in international trade such as UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organisation), UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development), ILO (International Labour Organization), etc. After all these years, the work and effort of so many people who in one way or another have collaborated with our institution have make FEMOZA a large and respected organization in the world. We are very proud of the path we had walk along the years and our hope is to keep improving our activity allowing us to help developing a better and bigger trade in all the zones and regions of the world which we are asked for in the most efficient, fair and sustainable way with the planet we inhabit.
