Globally, only 1 in 3 Businesses are owned by women and only 6.2% of women owned established businesses as compared to 9.5% of men. In future, Emotional Intelligence will increasingly become an asset for FinTech Companies, from winning over investors to interviewing prospective employees to successfully connecting with customers. Given the traditional association of women with Emotional Intelligence, we need more women in this industry. With this idea, our Founder, Neha Mehta started FemTech Partners in 2018 with the aim of financial inclusion for women. We believe in promoting young women from different cultural backgrounds. We believe in providing an environment to the women where new ideas and innovations can be nurtured. Currently, 90% of our employees are female and we look forward to add more to the FemTech Partners family.
