We do this by really immersing ourselves in the client, the client's market, the corporate culture and the ambition of the organization. Fenci's partners conduct the entire search themselves, nothing is outsourced. We identify with the client, have worked on the client side for decades ourselves, and look behind the resume and into the hearts of candidates. Fenci focuses on only a few discipline/market combinations and we are subject matter experts, we do not take on every assignment and only start when we are sure we can offer the client the best solution.
