Fenji & Co provides advisory and executive coaching services to growth-driven tech companies in three main areas: 1- Strategic Narrative (e.g Vision, Purpose, Values, Strategic goals, Differentiators) 2- Commercialisation (e.g Go-to-market, Sales efficiency, Pricing, Business Development) 3- Leadership and Organisation Development (e.g Board and ExCo Team Development, Org Design, Culture shaping, People Process Design and Performance) Services are provided in the following ways: project-based, interim (full- or part-time) and / or as board advisers. We may consider working for equity or, in selected cases, invest alongside existing funds. We have an entrepreneur-focused approach, all our staff are entrepreneurs themselves and we work closely with the founders of the business to provide a rapid and quantifiable impact. Our in-depth access to large corporates helps with commercialisation and our proven operational methods come from years of advising small to large businesses.
