We have a standard guideline that adheres to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) standards for captions, the Described and Captioned Media Program (DCMP) Captioning Key, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) success criteria for pre-recorded captioning. We comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We further incorporate Canada’s Standard on Information and Communication Technology Accessibility (SICTA) into our standard guidelines to ensure your content meets accessibility targets and is acceptable to most global digital streaming platforms like Netflix, Prime Video and more.
