Community Cats Toronto is the City's dedicated feral cat educators and advocates for Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), a humane method of feline population management. Our goal is to humanely and effectively reduce the number of unowned cats living on the streets and improve the lives of the cats that already exist by promoting long-term colony management, community education, and data collection. We do this by offering monthly TNR Certifications courses that empower caring citizens in Toronto and beyond to help the unowned cats they are feeding use the resources of the Toronto Feral Cat Coalition: the umbrella organization that includes: Toronto Animal Services Toronto Humane Society The Ontario SPCA Annex Cat Rescue Toronto Cat Rescue Toronto Street Cats Animal Alliance Canada Our shared resources include: - TNR educational certification course (pre-requisite for accessing the below) - 5 free or low-cost high volume spay-neuter clinics for feral cats - The Toronto Feral Cat Recovery Centre - Toronto Street Cats winter shelter building workshop and food donation program - Toronto Feral Cat Colony database Sign up for our next TNR course at https://www.communitycats.ca/course We are actively seeking skilled volunteers with professional experience in the following areas: - data analyst - videography - web development - fundraising and donor outreach - event planning - volunteer coordination - PR / marketing - social media We are a registered charity supported 100% by donor funds and all volunteer-run.
