Ferche controls the whole process beginning with our processing facility in Tennessee. We have over 1M feet of kiln drying capacity backed up with 5M board feet of lumber in process. Our strong relationships with the best quality mills then conditioning & drying the lumber properly, we control the whole process, followed by defecting out imperfections several times during the manufacturing process. Last year we produced over 12,000 unique items including: custom cherry casings, simple commodity base profiles, unique chairrails, high-end door jambs made with exotic woods for luxury hotels and condominiums. Ferche also specializes in Wood Fire Rated Frames & Sidelights (ranging up to 90 min)
