The idea about specialized knödel shop was born in 2014, by Nikola Nedeljkovic, at the place where we usually enjoyed knödels as kids – at home, eating delightful traditional knödels with plums! Since then, thanks to Nikola’s rich business experience he achieved in the leading international company Red Bull, the initial idea was developed and Ferdinand knedle was successfully launched in 2016.
