Embutidos Fermín is a family run business founded in 1.956 in La Alberca, a magic place located in the heart of the Natural Park of “Las Batuecas – Sierra de Francia”, named UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. A place where fresh, cool breezes blow through the windows of the curing rooms, contributing to the slow curing process of our artisanal products.
For more than sixty years, FERMÍN has been dedicated to the artisanal elaboration of Iberico products and its world-wide marketing. We are currently present in more than 20 countries in five continents. On top of being the first in the American market, we are also the first to export Ibérico products to Japan (1999), Canada (2007) and Singapore (2008) and we have a distribution network in China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia...
We meet the most demanding quality standards: USDA, Iberico Quality Norm, IFS and BRC, and we are certified since 2016 as an Ecological Industry.
